We also assist with complex care like tracheotomy treatment, as well as ventilation, etc.
Assistance with Life Stages, Transition and Support

Help can come in many forms, including short-term support or long-term services like mentoring or individual skills development. This service also provides life transition planning that includes not only necessary budgeting but also decision-making and more.
We can help with services like these but are not limited to:

- Planning and budgeting
- Create supporting networks within a client’s social circle

Assistance in Personal Activities
We help participants maintain a sense of independence and quality in their home environment by providing support to those who need it. Personal care support may be required in various settings, such as living alone or with family or friends, going to school or work or being on holidays away from home.
Examples include:
- Assistance with personal care
- Assisting with personal hygiene
- Mobility aids like transferring from bed to toilet
Assistance with Travel/Transport
For those who have mobility challenges, we offer transport solutions for in-person services that range from private vehicles to public transport. The kind of service depends on participants’ needs and their level of support, so they always feel safe while travelling outside their residence.
We can drive participants to appointments, community outings and take them back home when they are done. Our transport services are booked on an ongoing basis, such as a weekly trip to the shops or regular medical appointments. Our support workers can transport participants to:
- Work
- Lifestyle facilities
- Community or religious gatherings
- School/educational
- Local shopping centre
- Medical appointments/doctor

Community Nursing Care for High Needs
Community nursing care services provide a personalised and comprehensive care plan. Participants can even choose either remote healthcare services or in-person visits occasionally, depending on their needs. Our registered nurse will discuss everything with them to determine what they need regarding nursing and personal care services.
This service would be considered when an individual has specific support requirements, such as:
- Wound care
- PEG feeding
- Procedures or medical needs like home enteral nutrition and ventilation
We can help with wound management, complex bowel care, urinary catheter management, subcutaneous injections and more.
Assistance with Daily Tasks/Shared Living
There is a growing need for support services with increased shared living arrangements, like disability supported accommodation and supported independent living. We have created specialised programs to cater specifically for these needs by offering one-on-one assistance tailored to each individual’s requirements, from daily tasks like cooking dinner or paying bills on time, all the way up to life skills training that will equip participants with independence and autonomy over day-to-day activities.
The following are only some of the tasks we can help with:
- Mopping
- Shopping
- Cleaning rooms
- Caring of plants
- Rubbish disposal
- General home help
- Gardening and weeding

Development of Daily Living & Life Skills
Our support workers assist participants with their daily lives, supporting them to live independently. They work with participants to ensure that they can take care of themselves and do things like travel on public transport independently. We also help participants with disabilities improve daily life skills such as:
- Laundry
- Nutrition
- Toileting
- Cleanliness
- Meal preparation
- Personal hygiene
- Maintaining cleanliness
Household Tasks
Despite the assumption that there is only one option for care when an adult’s needs reach a certain point, there are, in fact, multiple options. In-Home Care is an excellent option for those who need specialized care. It can provide the skill set, experience and one-on-one care appropriate for participants with various levels of needs, including Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, and stroke recovery.
There are two approaches to household tasks that we support:
- Supports that build participant capacities and skills to complete household tasks independently or actively participate in these activities
- Supports that help participants where they are not able to do the task on their own. For example, helping with house cleaning and garden maintenance
